No Bake Cookies

These are my all time favorite cookies. I love to eat them warm, straight from the pan! But if you have a little more self control and actually make them into cookies the key is don’t over cook the sugar mixture.

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup milk

1 1/2 cup sugar

4 Tbsp. butter

5 Tbsp. cocoa

1 tsp. vanilla

2/3 cup peanut butter

3 cups quick oats

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large pan, heat milk, sugar, butter and cocoa. Stir until sugar dissolves and mixture begins to boil. Allow to boil only 45 seconds and remove from heat.

2. Stir in vanilla and peanut butter. Then stir in oats.

3. Drop by spoonfuls onto way paper. Allow cookies to cool before serving.
