Candy Corn Popcorn Balls
Add 1 cup sugar, 3/4 cup water, 1/4 cup light corn syrup, and 1/2 tsp. vinegar to a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
Continue cooking and stirring sugar syrup monitoring temperature with a candy thermometer. Remove from heat once mixture reaches 250 degrees, and stir in 1/2 tsp. vanilla.
Pour over 8 cups of popcorn, then add 1 cup of Candy Corn.
Shape into balls with well greased hands.
Makes 6-8 popcorn balls.
