Watermelon Feta Salad

Raise your hand if you could eat watermelon every day!
Watermelon feta salad is so good, so simple and so fresh. I promise, you could eat it every day!

Watermelon Feta Salad
4 cups cubed watermelon
1 cup cubed feta (or you could totally used feta crumbles)
About 1/2 tsp. chopped rosemary
1 Tbsp. good balsamic vinegar •Add cubed watermelon to a serving dish and top with feta cheese, rosemary and a little pepper. Drizzle with balsamic! Serve cold! .

Let’s talk balsamic vinegar for a moment! You need an aged Balsamic, it’s thick and sweet and downright delicious.
I prefer to purchase it from specialty food stores such as The Olive Branch in Indiana and @zi_olive here locally.
